Sandeep brings nearly three decades of experience in transaction advisory and strategic finance. Prior to co-founding InteQuant Advisors in 2011, he spent over 13 years with Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen & Associates, advising corporates and private equity clients on a wide range of strategic and financial transactions.
He has extensive cross-border transaction experience, including outbound engagements from India across the US, Latin America, Australia and Southeast Asia, as well as inbound transactions originating from Europe, the US, China and Japan. His sector experience spans technology, communications, education, media, manufacturing, real estate and business services.
His work has covered both domestic and international mandates.
Sandeep is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Chennai.
Kalidas brings nearly three decades of experience in banking, capital markets and finance. Prior to co-founding InteQuant Advisors in 2011, he spent over a decade with HSBC and ICICI Bank.
At ICICI Bank, he worked in Treasury on capital-raising initiatives, including those supporting the reverse merger of ICICI Limited with ICICI Bank, and later served in London as Regional Manager covering Europe. At HSBC, he was an Associate Director in Global Markets, advising clients on rupee loans, external commercial borrowings and bond issuances.
His experience spans loan syndication, distribution of NCDs/commercial papers, securitisation and raising funding via dollar bond issuances.
Kalidas holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Chennai.
